Diamonds are everywhere. From Eva Longoria’s engagement ring to your own stud earrings, we all love bling! Dennis Marlow, a diamond expert, shows us what to look for when buying diamond jewelry and Victoria demos how to create a burnished setting on a ring.
It’s not just about the music, the clothes and the hairstyles. Victoria takes us back to the bullet rings and punk rock chokers of her youth, and we also explore the world of alternative jewelry and body piercings.
What do crème brulee, cigars and jewelry making have in common? Find out as Victoria takes us on a tour through Metalliferous, a one of a kind jewelry supply store in Manhattan.
I may be a Metalchik, but that doesn't mean I'm not also a CHICK at heart. And even when I'm schlepping acetylene tanks around lower Manhattan and forging in my studio - never mind strolling the streets of the Diamond District in search of stones - I want to look good!
Jewelry is my thing and I can usually figure THAT part out, but I can sometimes use help with my other accessories and coordinating my look. Somehow the logger boots that I wear to weld just don't go with my Louis handbag and Dior...

When metal clay first came out, I was curious enough to take a few classes. My biggest beef about it, though, was the fact that back then you needed to use a kiln for the burnout process. But, I soon learned the hard way that with clay, the pyrometer was mega important, unless, of course, you enjoy spending time forming your metal clay creations...
Metalchik shows us how to get a jump on the latest fashion by going to the past. This week, Metalchik demonstrates a Roman chain. To get the look like you just stepped out of the streets of Pompeii, all you need are 2 ordinary tools and a few ancient tricks.
Victoria shows us her favorite 60's retro pieces that inspire today's jewelry trends. Then she demonstrates how to make a stone ring – surprisingly simple!
